In-house, domestic, and imported tooling can all be made to required specifications. Vacuum calibration and vacuum sizers control tolerances and increase production rates. Design of parts for automated application is secondary processes. Extrusion tooling is made in-house on conventional mills, lathes, wire EDM machines, and CNC milling machines. Fabrication tooling and fixtures are also made in-house primarily on CNC router and conventional woodworking equipment. Finally, injection molds are designed and maintained in-house and machined either locally or internationally depending upon the design and lead time.
